Why I want to be on Randolph’s Board of education:
Education is a foundational element of every individual and community. My mom & step-dad were teachers. Lisa and I chose to live in Randolph because of its schools’ reputation, and our child received a great education here. I had already decided that being on a board of education was how I could contribute to the educational development of a community when I was a senior in high school. Why? I saw firsthand in my hometown how a board operating behind closed doors with no transparency could harm the people they serve. What better way to give back to the educators that shaped who I am, than to help them do it for my community. I believe I have helped Randolph Schools educate our children. I can still do more, in an open, collaborative manner with our community, board members and the educators and support staff that make it all possible. I hope (Joshua) and I have your support on election day, Tuesday, Nov 3rd.
